Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to process orders, provide support, and operate your subscription.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Order information and communication history.
• Basic site analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location).

Advertising measurement

We use the Whop pixel (provided by Whop) to measure how visitors find and use our site and the effectiveness of our advertising. It records page views, product views, checkout starts, and completed purchases, including event identifiers, purchase amounts, currency, and technical browser information, and sends them to Whop for advertising measurement and optimization. These events do not include your name, email, phone, or shipping address. This measurement does not run for visitors in regions that require prior consent for advertising cookies (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland), where the pixel is disabled unless and until we add a consent option. You can opt out of this measurement at any time by emailing contact@mech-maxx.us.

We honor Global Privacy Control for Whop measurement. You can also change your advertising choice here.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. If you authorize a recurring subscription at checkout, your card is securely saved with our payment provider so we can charge it for the future orders you authorized. We retain only non-sensitive details such as the card brand, last four digits, and expiry to display in your account records.

How we use your information

• To fulfill and ship your orders.
• To process subscription charges you authorized.
• To provide customer support and order updates.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (payment processing, shipping carriers, analytics) as needed to operate the store.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data, or cancel a saved-card subscription, by emailing contact@mech-maxx.us.
